Due to irregularities in Google Maps, the address 405 Alewife Brook Parkway will not show up correctly as a regular Google Search. Instead, map “Capen Ct” or use the link above).
We are in the process of finalizing an exciting spring ResiStat program! Attending the Ward 7 ResiStat meeting is a great way to hear about issues that are important to the community and engage Mayor Curtatone, Alderman Trane, and other city officials with questions and comments. The upcoming Ward 7 meeting will feature an optional walking tour around the North Street Veterans Playground and Alewife Reservation before the meeting starts (the walk will begin at the Managed Health resource VNA). The walk will be guided by City staff who can speak to the recently completed and upcoming development projects along the route. Please bring your cameras, as you will be able to submit pictures along with your comments for a collaborative map. The agenda for the meetings are based largely on your suggestions from the spring ResiStat survey.
Directions: From Mystic Valley Parkway turn East on Capen Street. Parking will be to the right after you turn in, and the meeting will be on the 4th floor of the first VNA building you see. If you would like to join us on the walk but are running late, please call 617-888-4128 for up-to-date locations.
You can take a look at the presentation slides before the meeting here: http://www.somervilleresistat.org/Ward_7.html.
For more information on the spring meeting, please contact the City’s new ResiStat Coordinator, Daniel Hadley at dhadley at somervillema.gov, and for more information about Somerville’s ResiStat program, please visit our website: http://www.somervilleresistat.org/ResiStat_Home_Page.html
