Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and Ward 7 Alderman Robert Trane invite all interested community members to attend a second public meeting about options for re-use or redevelopment of the former Powder House Community School site at 1060 Broadway. The meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, on Tuesday June 30th, in the senior center community room at the Tufts Administration Building at 167 Holland Street. 

The City has retained Concord Square Planning and Development, Inc. to study the fiscal and community impacts of several re-use and redevelopment scenarios, which were identified at a well-attended community meeting on May 19th. The discussion on June 30th will focus on the relative costs and benefits of each scenario, and community feedback will be incorporated into a final project report.
