While the City has had to postpone major reconstruction of the park, we were able to find a way to install improved play structures. At least some of the sand will also be replaced with wood chips, which are recognized as a safer substance for parks. Please call 311 with any questions on the process. Sunsetters Performance: There will be two Sunsetter performances in the Union Square neighborhood this week. The first is in Lincoln Park on Tuesday, 7/14, at 7:00 p.m. (Residents plan to have a parade of children and pets at 6:30 p.m. before the performance). SUNSETTERS PERFORMANCE CANCELED FOR THURSDAY , 7/23 Due to adverse weather conditions, the Sunsetters performance scheduled for Thursday, July 23rd at 6 Spring Hill Terrace HAS BEEN CANCELED.
