Also a reminder about a SomerVision meeting tonight. ALLEN STREET COMMUNITY SOIL CAPPING PROJECT MEETING, Tues., 12/1, 7:00 p.m., Public Safety Building: The city's environmental consultant, TRC, and the hired vendor to perform the soil capping work will be presenting on expectations of the project that must be completed by December 31st. More information can be found at: http://www.greenlineextension.org/ Two of the sites considered are in or near Wards 2 and 1. ****************** The City of Somerville and Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) encourage all interested parties to attend a public meeting to discuss the proposed Maintenance Facility related to the Green Line Extension, and possible location alternatives. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 16th at 6:00 p.m., at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, located 41 2nd Street in Cambridge.
