Hello all - Here are a few family-related activities to pass on.
GRIMMONS PARK RIBBON CUTTING, Fri., Oct. 30th, 4:30 p.m., Grimmons Park:
Join the Mayor and Alderman Pero at the opening of the newly
reconstructed Grimmons Park. Halloween costumes are not required, but
most welcome. Refreshments will be served. The Park is in Somerville's
Ten Hills neighborhood on Governor Winthrop Road. Come take a look at
this exciting new space!
FALL FESTIVAL, Sat., Oct. 31st, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 277 Broadway:
Elizabeth Peabody House is holding a Fall Festival. The festival will
include a children's costume parade, food and giveaway snacks, face
painting, and a "friendly" haunted house. For more information, see:

FREE DOG TRAINING CLINIC, Sun., Nov. 1st, 1:00 p.m., Nunziato Field. The
Somerville Recreation and Youth Commission and the Somerville Dog Owners
Group will be presenting a free clinic with City Dog Training.
Professional dog trainers will teach dog owners how to train their pets
to stay and to come when called. For more information visit
