I'll point out a few updated tasks from the list: SCHEDULING AN EXECUTIVE STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING: The non-profits groups are meeting this coming week to determine who should serve as the non-profit representatives on the Executive Steering Committee. Once this has been determined, I will work on setting up a meeting for the end of February or early in March. In addition, I am working on finding some resource to try to recruit resident participation on the Executive Steering Committee. I may be calling upon some of you for help or advice in terms how to make this happen. EARLY CHILDHOOD WORKING GROUP: A group of early childhood providers will be meeting with Nomi Davidson at Tufts this Tuesday to begin to talk about increased coordination. FUNDING GROUP MEETING: Nancy Bacci has set up a meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 24th to plan out a funding strategy for the project going forward. All are welcome to join in the meeting. Fluffy Bergmann has identified a lead and we will be sharing a project description with this foundation. HEALEY DATA DISCUSSION: As part of ongoing efforts at the Healey (though complementary to the Mystic effort), Mike Sabin, Greg Nadeau, the OneVille team, and others have been working on inputting data from after school providers. This past Friday, some of the providers and the school staff looked at that data in combination with other school data to discuss how the school and after school providers could better coordinate intervening when data indicates a child is in need. Lessons learned from this meeting can inform next steps on sharing data across organizations and on bringing together agencies to discuss children. LOGISTICS: I will work on setting up mailing list for each working group, as I did for the non-profits. I also need to work with Emily Lin at Tufts to make sure the new Mystic collaboration site has all my most recent documents and to make sure people are able to access it. By March 22, the draft proposal will be sent out to members of the Canvass Working Group for review and written feedback. 3.
